My Approach
The Baby-Led Sleep approach is one that encourages parents to learn to trust their instincts, support their baby’s emotions, and ultimately build a long-lasting fulfilling relationship with their child. My goal is for all of my clients to leave their time with me feeling empowered and validated that they are always their child’s answer.
Meet Megan
Hi, I’m Megan! I’m so glad you’re here. It truly does take a village to raise a child, and I feel very passionately about helping to empower and support families on their parenting journey. I want you to know that you are not alone.
It’s important for me to let you know that I have been where you are. My daughter struggled with her sleep for months, and it was hard for me not to feel like it was somehow my fault.
My goal is to normalize normal infant sleep and to look holistically at your child’s situation in order to get to the root of the problem.
We need to get back to the basics, trust ourselves, and know that we are our child’s best bet. This is a lifelong journey we are on as parents. It’s challenging, it’s rewarding, and it’s downright exhausting.
I vow to be real and honest with you. I vow to listen to you and your unique situation. We will work through this together. I can’t wait to get started!
